22.01.2022 Ive tried meditation here and there, done course and all the rest, but never practiced it regularly and therefore never really stuck with it. -About 6 months ago someone recommended #wakingupwithsamharris #mywakingup An app with guided meditations that I can do in the evening when the kids are asleep. It took a bit to get into the habit, but now I can truely say it is INCREDIBLE!! And I couldnt imagine not doing it! I could ramble on about all the amazing benefits ... bu...t I wont Ill let you discover them your self. . All I will say is, it is mind opening! And it is sooooooooo important to nurture & care for your mental state as well as your physical.. Peace & grease .

22.01.2022 Im one lucky kid ! Ive been privileged enough to cover some classes for my mentor over the last couple of weekends ..... Which means I get to play on this contraption! #gyrotonic ... This truely is one of the most incredible forms of movement exercise! It incorporates all planes of movement, allows you to work the joints in full range of motion and control resistance/support for the joint. There is lots of emphasis on creating a fluid, gooey free moving spine and body ..... soooo good ! 22.01.2022 GET READY>> Pilates term is recommencing tomorrow!! We have 3 weeks left in the term & classes will resume Mondays and Wednesday evenings at 6pm. To ensure we comply with social distancing requirements there will be only 4 people in the class.... A second class at 7pm has been added to ensure everyone gets their fix. Classes will now run for 50 min (if i can keep the waffle to a minimum) to avoid cross over with the later class. instructor will avoid manual cueing online streaming of classes will continue for those overseas and those who enjoy the convenience of doing it from home. & as always, we will have fun Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow evening

Being HERE, in the moment can be hard especially with all the complexities and distractions of life. As I write this my kids are destroying the house while I multi task and try and cook them breakfast ... Im not a preacher, but I have found being more present in life requires lots of practice.
