In summary the article, explains three interesting trends for salespeople during the pandemic:... 1) There has been an increase in access to key decision-makers, who are more available for efficient video calls that more time-consuming face-to-face meetings. 2) Distance and travel times between sales call is no longer an issue for sales professionals, who can manage a higher volume of meetings from their home office. 3) In order to manage these changes to workflow, successful sales teams have relied more heavily on sales and customer experience technologies.
