21.01.2022 EGR- Evolution GrassRoots has had the pleasure of working with these talented youngsters in upskilling, developing, progressing, and mentoring. These kids have been consistent and it has shown in their team sports. "It's All About The End Product" If the foundation of core basic skills is correct, then the future will be more rewarding. EGR caters to all sports and Kids, teenagers, boys, girls, and adults. EGR do individuals and groups sessions. Please PM for more details. EGR has had the pleasure of working with Rugby, RL, Soccer, Netball, Oztag, Touch, AFL, and Athletics. EGR will run clinics during the school holiday and will post up types of sessions. It has been a frustrating season for most due to COVID-19 and the pandemic. So get in early and start preparing for the season 2021.

Watching the juniors, teenagers and adults develop, improve and progress is "WHY" GRASSROOTS is so important. With the year hit by the COVID-19 Pandemic, EGR has excelled in individuals and groups. This program was successful with players understanding the technique of Barbell, weights and pushing their strength, and getting them to get out of their comfort zone. 12.01.2022 EGR 1 V 1 with Georgia Practicing the push pass with a tennis ball. The target is the small square on the wall, chest high 2m away, then you can further the distance to 3m and 5m once you have improved.
