18.01.2022 A 12 month story "12 months ago I started on my journey of better and healthier life. I started this for me. ... And what a 12 months it has been. This photo below was the last photo I had before I started and if that photo of myself wasn't a kick in the bum to get my life and health in order what else could I have used but it wasn't. I was making every excuse not to gym or eat properly and my weight increased and my self-esteem and confidence were really low and I felt like I was hitting rock bottom. Until the day I ran into this awesome girl Tina who got my saviour Sachin to contact me and on this day 12 months ago my new life begun. So with alot of hard work, sweat, tears me whinging and bitching and talking my way through each session I have lost 30.6 kilos in the 12 months. Other than the loss of the weight I have my confidence back I am feeling great about myself and my life. I am stronger and fitter doing things I didn't think I would ever achieve lifting heavy weights running climbing volcanos. I know I still have more weight to lose but I'm really proud of how far I have come. I have met some fantastic and supportive friends along the way and I can't thank them enough. Our team is the best and you guys are friends/my family for life. Sachin you know how grateful I am to you. You are simply the best. I could go on and on about how awesome you are. 12.01.2022 This young man! Where do I start with the cheeky fella? Glue Accidental Glue is where I start. Sometimes you have team members that act as glue, they hold your team together. Daniel does this very unintentionally. He motivates the rest of the team by living a can-do attitude. He’s always there to push us that little bit harder. Force us to be that little bit stronger. He doesn’t like to be noticed. He plays it cool, flies under the radar when he can. Even the way he waltzers around the gym is very chill haha. Sometimes he enters my office so slowly that I question whether or not he even wants to train. But every single session he turns up and TURNS IT UP! Never leaving anything done with less than 100% effort!

08.01.2022 3 mistakes people make when working out at home! Giving up on long term goals. Given our current situation, it may seem like your end goal is unattainable. Setting smaller, more attainable short term goals that will keep you moving in the right direction is a great way to keep motivated; maintaining the end goal in mind.... Not having a plan for YOU. While cookie-cutter online programs aren’t always bad, they aren’t tailored to YOU. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses. Reaching out to a fitness professional to help create a plan that’s going to work for YOU can increase motivation. Lockdown means isolation. Losing the gym doesn’t mean you’ve lost your community. People that share their goals are more likely to stay on track and keep each other accountable. Try reaching out to a friend, work colleague or family member for support. Talking and sharing creates community.

05.01.2022 Karin has now lost 25kg!! I am looking forward to my future Up until 10 months ago I was just going through the motions of each day. Working and eating poorly and not much else no confidence low self-esteem and feeling depressed with life. Definitely no exercise and no gym even though I had a membership was just throwing my money away. Until the day I ran into one of my saviours Tina whilst I was buying an unhealthy lunch then everything changed from then. Now I am eat...ing much healthier and going to the gym and training whether it be on my own with my Fabulous PT or in our cardio group this is my life. I have made myself my main priority. Training is part of my daily routine now. I can see the changes in me not just the physical ones but more importantly, I am happy and confident and I love my life. Training is helping me with my sleep patterns which were terrible. I have had so many personal wins over my journey so far with many more to come but one of my major wins was climbing the volcano in Bali something that I definitely would not have been able to do 10 months ago. I am looking forward to my future My number one Saviour Sachin my trainer. I would not be where I am today without him. Sachin is not only a trainer he is a good friend/family member. He is so supportive and pushes you as he believes in you and your potential. Sachin makes me enjoy my training even on the days where you can’t be bothered he gives me the motivation to train and keep going. He knows how to get the best out of you. He always gives his clients 100 percent. Your knowledge is second to none He is always available to talk to vent with or shed a tear which I have done.Sachin has made me more positive and is helping me stress less. I am now feeling more confident I feel so happy and healthy and I love the new me. I’m happier and smile moreover. I am forever grateful to you Sach.

04.01.2022 The client of the week is a great achievement but it is only one small victory in my journey to attain a fitter and healthier life. My plan started about a year ago when I got in touch with Sachin again as my work/ life balance was way out of order. I was spending more time at work and less on myself..something had to change and so I made my way to my first session with Sach it was tough but eventually would lead me into so much of a better place. As many of you know I don’t ...like speaking about myself so this is as hard as those sessions but none the less part of my journey. I know I have a long way to go to achieve my goals still but now that I am more focused on me that will come. I thank you Sachin for being there for me any time of the day and I thank the group for being so accepting and motivating you all have been a wonderful help. l look forward to the challenges in the future and will train with my moto in the forefront of my mind. - - HOPE.
