It's the extra training when no one is looking, it's the extra shots, it's the extra rep, it's the extra shuttle, it's the extra focus, it's the extra attention. When you do the extra, you are solidifying a truth about your ability. Are you extra?

24.01.2022 The thing about opportunity is that people always seem to think it will hang around like excuses do. It won't and it gets snapped up by the person who becomes aware of it and wants to use it to get better. Regardless of what you have or don't have, you can always choose to be better. So, do what you can, with what you have, where you are We're proud of our athletes and the hard work they've been putting into improving themselves.

23.01.2022 The power lies with the athlete, they get to choose to what level they want to improve to. There is no right or wrong as at the end of the day they need to feel proud and value the work they’ve invested and each of them are different and special in their own way. This goes way beyond basketball but basketball is a great springboard for parents, coaches or actually anyone who engages an athlete, to have open discussions about the choices they're making.

21.01.2022 Here is the latest entry in our Jordan vs Bird commercial video challenge from our young bull of an athlete Forrest Esteban, he was give the task of planning out all of his own shots, and only got a little editing help from Dad. 21.01.2022 Last week we put out the challenge to see who could create the coolest basketball version of a sensory walk. Boy oh boy did we get some really cool submissions. Check it out . 19.01.2022 At EBA we're very conscious about teaching our athletes the value around making a choice. We communicate to our athletes that our sessions aren't the answer but the building blocks. The FUNdamental skills that we teach, coupled with Commitment and Accountability will provide the platform to build the best version of themselves they can be...should they choose.

16.01.2022 What an awesome chat our athletes had with NBL and SBL champion Lochlan Cummings yesterday. Lochlan shared with us how commitment and resilience set the foundation for his basketball achievements. It was also cool to learn how the life lessons from basketball have transferred into his clothing business, Features Apparel. Thanks Lochlan for your time and the valuable lessons.

15.01.2022 This entry is from our little tank, 10 years old and came into our combine event and nailed the plank as a warm up, then went on to smash out 36 push ups straight after. Good work Cooper, love the commentary and structure of your shoot. Hope you had as much fun making it as we did watching it.

06.01.2022 We believe within every individual there is a creative Genius. The lockdown presented us with a fantastic opportunity to see how creative our athletes are. We challenged our athletes to remake "The Showdown" McDonalds ad featuring Michael Jordan and Larry Bird. Boy, were we blown away by the creative submissions. Here is Carter and Ryder, the winners of the challenge. Watch till the end for a bonus vid of "The Showdown" created by Link and Brooke, with a bit of an Aussie twist.
