19.01.2022 Healthy boundaries allow us to conserve our emotional energy, improve our relationships, lift our self-esteem, and have our needs met. Having healthy boundaries means knowing and understanding what our limits are. We can check in with our body (heart rate, sweating, tightness in chest, stomach, throat, clenched fist, clenched jaw) to listen to what it is telling us. If we are aware of the signs, and we pause and listen to our gut instinct, this can help us to know when boundaries need to be set. Do you know your limits? Are you confident in setting the boundaries you need in your life so your needs are met?

13.01.2022 I recently started this holistic counselling and spiritual services page. I have a give away.
