20.01.2022 With knowledge comes power. A new client who signed up with me today has very specific goals - to lose 12kg by November 1st (he’s getting married mid November), to increase lean muscle mass and to also get fitter, healthier and more active. So before our workout we sat down for a 20 minute consult to get some basic information e.g. weight, height, age, body measurements, activity level, previous medical history. Upon gaining this info I was then able to calculate both his BMI... (Body Mass Index) and BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) as well as work out his basic macros giving him the tools to achieve this goal within 6 weeks. I designed him a program customised specifically to his goals to ensure we are on the right path for success. He has committed to training with me 5 days per week and the great thing about him is - he is % driven and has his eye on the prize. 6 weeks ladies n gentlemen and we’re going to have a new man . Before pics have been taken so once this 6 week challenge is complete I will be posting the results. I am extremely confident he will smash this out of the park because of his focus and determination to make positive change . 18.01.2022 So I’ve been training a friend of mine whom I met training Muay Thai last year. He came to me and advised he’d just joined the gym and was looking for tips on what to do there. Well - I went one better hahaha I had an initial 20 minute consult with him discussing what his Heath & fitness goals are, we took his weight, did body measurements, resting heart rate, BMI (Body Mass Index), BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate. In short I obtained as much information about him as I could to ens...ure the program I wrote up for him was going to set him up for success. We started this journey last Monday (1 week ago) and to see his results to date are nothing short of amazing. He’s already lost 2kg and his body composition has already changed dramatically. His fitness has also increased phenomenally too. I’m not gonna take all the credit - I have given him the tools, I hold him accountable but it’s Ivan Galas that’s putting in the hard work.....and the results show. Your focus, determination and mind set are to be admired and I have no doubt you’re gonna smash your goals out of the park before your wedding. Great job Ivan and don’t forget - tomorrow is leg day
