One of the most common ways is through the vector principle which means changing the body’s angle for increased resistance, kinda the same as if you were adding more weight to a barbell etc... ... This works best on exercises such as pushups or rows where you can step backward or forwards to add or decrease resistance.. 13.01.2022 KETTLEBELL SWINGS Are regarded as one of the most go-to exercises yet many people still perform them incorrectly without the proper form and technique. Here's the thing... Kettlebell swings are a great exercise for enhancing metabolic conditioning and also the glute/hamstring complex but with many people lacking proper hip hinge technique the exercise often gets hindered with too much squat throughout the movement. Whats worse is the larger the group size the more the coach... is probably going to turn a blind eye to form due to the amount of coaching time it takes to actually fix problem. So how do I fix my Kettlebell Swing then?? Key exercises such as deadlifts, kettlebell swings and leg raises etc all rely on perfect hip hinge mechanics... By using a dowel or a broomstick you can keep you hip hinge mechanics in check by aligning 3 points of contact the back of head, upper back and tail bone and... hinging forward maintaining a vertical shin and horizontal trunk..
