25.01.2022 Give our Honey Sesame chicken a try. We start of by sous vide our chicken breast for 3 hours. Sous vide is an advanced cooking technique adopted by many high end restaurants to ensure food safety and quality. The chicken is cooked at very precise temperature, in a water bath, sealed in a vacuum bag, over an extended period of time to allow complete, even and exact cooking then it is finished quickly in a pan with our in house made honey sesame sauce. 23.01.2022 They are finally here! We are now doing protein pancakes! Cinnamon and choc chip varieties 2 dense and filling pancakes per pack. We've tried really hard to keep them as 'pancake-ish' as possible and eliminate the traditional dry and cardboard expectations. 30g protein and 430 and 460 cals each respectively.... When you are sick of eggs on toast or oats and protein shake have these in the freezer ready to go. Brekky is ready is 90 seconds. 21.01.2022 Beef casserole Our beef Casserole starts with chunks of lean beef slow cooked for 8 hours in our tomato + garlic based sauce. Mixed veg are added at the end to avoid overly soft and mushy texture and laid on a bed of boiled white potatoes (skin on to hold the fibre content and keep you more full). It's a myth that white potato is 'bad' and sweet potato is 'good'. They differ slightly in nutrient content, and are both a great choice. The problem with potato is usually what we ...do to it (deep frying, sour cream, butter etc) Use both and you'll have a far greater chance of stayin on track in the long term. Variety is key for adherence for most. This meal is both our biggest (500g) and our lowest in calorie content. Sure to fill you up and keep you on track to your goals.
