20.01.2022 Just a little update on an exciting project I'm working on - "Co-creating safe & enjoyable meals for people with swallowing difficulties" alongside UTS and a number of leading organisations and independent consultants. I'm doing some exciting work around meals and menu planning...watch this space for updates! Together, we're supporting NDIS participants with swallowing difficulties by co-creating training for Direct Support Workers, People with Disability, Family Members, and Others on "Providing Safe and Enjoyable Meals".
