25.01.2022 Sunday vs. Wednesday I’m so excited Alexis Can’t wait to meet him in person Hi Tatiana, I won't be coming to yoga tonight because as soon as pilates finished last night I started getting contractions and this little guy was born at 3.30am ... Leo Peter Mullen It was such an amazing birth - I spent 6 hours labouring at home with very little pain using your breathing techniques, 1 hour in active labour and only 10 minutes pushing him out. I feel so incredibly good compared to last labour and was home by 8.30 this morning. I definitely think it's because of your amazing classes.
