12.01.2022 Absolutely stoked for these two after last nights 5RM Strength Testing Session Seeing both Alana and Stan push each other as a couple and succeed is a massive reminder of why I got into this industry! Stan set some HUGE numbers, Including a 105kg deadlift with only doing deadlifts once in the past! With great movement quality just starting out- Stan is going to smash this next training block and see some incredible results. Alana has made huge progress over the past 12 weeks... (12.5cm off her waist) and we have finally conquered the hip thrust!! When we first began working together we trialled this exercise and with no luck we utilised different variations to increase glute strength- Last night Alana pulled a huge 75kg for 5! Alana has also conquered the T Bar Row, progressed to Barbell Box Squats, and increased her Deadlift and Bench Press 5RMs! This is all due to her dedication, consistency and always showing up ready to work I can’t wait to see what the next 12 weeks holds for you both
