25.01.2022 Remember when Sony offered big $$ to trade old C format 1" machines for Digibeta machines? Most facilities took up the offer. Sony AU took most of these traded machines to landfill :( There's just so much 1" videotape in cupboards and storage facilities all over Australia. EC has all flavours of analogue and digital Betacam decks in working condition for just this reason. Anyone looking to dispose of a VPR2B 3 or Sony 2000 call!

17.01.2022 Mark's messaging vision announced."A Privacy-Focused Vision for Social Networking" We plan to build this the way we've developed WhatsApp: focus on the most fundamental and private use case -- messaging -- make it as secure as possible, and then build more ways for people to interact on top of that, including calls, video chats, groups, stories, businesses, payments, commerce, and ultimately a platform for many other kinds of private services. Don't tell the Australian Government!

16.01.2022 If Australia had NBN 1.0 we'd be one of the best-connected countries in the world. Instead, thanks to the meddling of people and parties who should have known better, we now have #NBN fit for the Jurassic era.

15.01.2022 So what happened to Facebook? It was the longest #outage in the history of the social network.

15.01.2022 Australia's National Broadband Network was supposed to usher in a revolutionary communications network which would provide reliable high-speed communications for all Australians. It hasn't turned out that way. Mike Quigley, the first #NBN Co CEO tells it exactly how it is... and it's ugly. It's now a network lagging behind the rest of the world. The MTM is a network that costs more and regrettably does less.

13.01.2022 It's been a challenging year for brands and marketers alike when it comes to Social Media Marketing in 2018. There have been so many changes with the social media landscape. What with GDRP, Facebook scandals, data theft, continual data tracking, and of course influencers, 2019 will no doubt be just as exciting.
