17.01.2022 And you can still love your kids if you have had trauma in your life and you are so fuelled with stressed up energy that you dont know how to mumma!! Kids are so amazingly resilient, instead of beating yourself up with "shouldas" "shouldn'ts" Be kind to yourself, put all the technology away, grab some time outside or doing something creative. ... You will feel better and so will they! Best bet is to nurture your inner child <3 you cant mother from an empty Nuture cup!!! Shits hard, try not to compare yourself to others on how you parent! Mums and dads!

14.01.2022 Hmm Recovery? It has such a stength in the word its self! I am so grateful to be on my own personal recovery journey and through this beautiful gift. I no longer feel a fraud, i no longer feel unable to do my life purpose. I accept i am a recovering alocholic with a bucket load of experience in truama, loss, abuse to boot on top of raising 6 kids with majority having had an asd and adhd disgnosis.... . I dont feel less than others, i dont feel worse then others..i just feel like ME. Finally. As "our" choice to be is personal it also has impact on all and everything. We all have a choice! FEAR has no place in recovery nor does it have a place when there is space for HOPE. Lets replace fear with hope and imagine everything GROWing right <3 if i can find hope so can you <3

10.01.2022 Interestingly enough, its not for only certain people to succeed. To become happy and confident. To choose themselves. To live the life you want. Believe it. To achieve your goals. Believe it.... To become clear about your vision. Believe it. To have your life seem effortless..believe it. Know where you come from. Believe it. Act confident. Believe it. Act happy. Believe it. thrive. Believe it. Have it together. Believe it.... Imagine everything going right..it doesnt matter if its not right now, it can be! Im no positive is the only way guru but what i do know is if you want it bad enough. You believe it and so it is!! Dont waste time on jealousy, if you want something others seem to have then do what they are doing! Which cup you fill is up to you ;) x

10.01.2022 Shitty day! Not shitty life! Today has been challenging on alot of levels and that is just fine! I know its ok to not be ok, i take extra special care to do things that will fill my nurture cup up. Being very careful not to fall back in trap of self abusing myself and telling myself i am lazy.... Thanks to the clients who grabbed some virtual coaching love instead <3 i appreciate the understanding! My WIN for today is that i have amazing clients, family and friends who are my reason!! Learning to grow from trauma and addiction isnt easy however its very worth it. Just like I am and so are you! ***pic represents me this afternoon, adulting was not welcome haha. So scooby do movie, take out, christmas bead making and moana!!!

04.01.2022 ******Every person who comes in to your life is your student? Do you know that as you teach your students, you learn what you need to know? Are you aware that you are beautiful? Our ability to ask these questions is an act of faith. Our ability to know and act upon the answers is a function of trust. ****** ****** this is a tit bit taken from a book ive owned for many years and will now pass along to my daughter. ... UNTIL TODAY : JYANLA VANZANT (i will share a pic in comments) <3 you know what ive never read it or used it till today when i started to pack my overnighter to go to her on saturday. I went to the bookshelf of the books i got in a bargain bulk sale lot. This is and was always meant to go to my baby. I have even more assurity that our higher powers are always there for us. <3 The young woman who motherered her mother (me lol ;) ) and her younger brothers and sister, as i was lost in the disease of alcoholism, i was very fortunate to be able to "function" but cmon lets face it .i did mothering like clockwork. My daughter is there for everyone! Today i am an active and present mother who is in recovery. I am truly so blessed to have my daughters support over the years to get to this space. So that is exactly why im flying to townsville on Saturday for the night. I am showing up! Because thats what i Want to do. I want to be there for my girl. So i made it happen! I learn continously from all my 6 children and its why i love and honour myself so savagely today. I say Yes im beautiful and yes I am a teacher and Yes anyone who crosses my path is my student. Just like i know i am your student and you are my teacher <3 we are all in this together! Will you show up for yourself? Will you do what matters for you? Will you hold yourself accountable? I am here ready when you are xx Now lets imagine everything going right!
