21.01.2022 This weekend I attended the Myofascial Cupping Technique course in Sydney. Best course I have ever been to! Benefits of Myofascial cupping include increased Range Of Motion, eliminating Trigger Points, reducing restrictive and painful fascial adhesions, reducing incidence of injury and maintaining functional soft tissue. 03.01.2022 As well as running my own mobile massage business, I also work alongside some amazing and inspiring allied health care practitioners and massage therapists with Fusion massage at South Sydney Sports medicine in Kensington. I will also be working at a new location in Maroubra in July which I will post about soon.
