23.01.2022 A big holiday hello to all of our families!! The Government has announced that schools will be open in term 2 for those families choosing to send their children. To help us prepare for these changed conditions, please answer the Student Attendance Survey now available on See Saw. A letter explaining the revised and proposed changes has been sent to all families today via See Saw and personal email. Key points:... 1. Tuesday 28th April is a pupil free day. NO STUDENTS ATTEND ON THIS DAY. 2. From Wednesday 29 April, school is open for all students whose parents /carers choose to send them. 3. Children who attend school will be taught in a classroom, not necessarily in their usual classroom. The number of students attending may necessitate the need to separate students to comply with the social distancing guidelines in place. We anticipate we can accommodate around 12 students per classroom to meet with the guidelines. 4. Those children learning from home will have on-line and hard copy packages provided to you. The arrangements for home learning were established at the end of term one and will continue in term 2. 5. Those students learning from home will receive regular phone calls and contact from their classroom teacher. 6. Education Assistants and classroom teachers will be available through out each and every day to assist all students learning from home. 7. Our school playgrounds will remain closed until we can employ suitable cleaners that comply with the Education Departments strict cleaning guidelines. 8. No Parents or Carers will be allowed on site unless it is to take their child to Out of School Hours Care or to collect from Out of school Hours care. 9. We will inform the community of our strict Kiss at the Curb and Collect at the Curb routines before next Wednesday 29th April. 10. Enjoy these final days of relaxation and time together. See more

22.01.2022 Parents and Carers we ask you NOT to come onto school grounds today. Please take your child to the front of the school, say goodbye, and then let them walk to their classroom on their own. All Kindy and early childhood students must enter by the footpath and gate near the Kindy classroom. No children can play on the school grounds after school hours. More information on See Saw later today.

17.01.2022 Dear Families of Year 5 & 6 students, YEAR 6 GRADUATION CEREMONY UPDATE: Tomorrow night we ask for your support as we will be using the SafeWA COVID-19 digital contact system up . SafeWA is a free App that can be downloaded on your mobile device. The system, developed by WA Health is a secure and convenient way for venue operators and patrons to easily register their attendance at venues. Through the unique QR code generated, SafeWA allows for efficient COVID-19 contract trac...ing, should it be necessary. We ask that you download the SafeWA App before the Graduation Ceremony and scan the QR codes provided on arrival. There will also be a paper registry for people who are unable to use the SafeWA APP. There is one entry point to the ceremony. You will sign in before you enter. Parking will be available on the Mint Street car park near Ed Support Centre. Staff carpark is for distinguished guests and staff ONLY. All parents and members of the public must park on Beatty Avenue or the back car park. With almost 200 people attending we suggest you consider your arrival time thoughtfully. Year 6 students must go straight to their classroom at 5pm. If you are collecting your child at noon tomorrow please ensure you go straight to Admin and sign them out. Mrs Moir will then call your child to the office. Parents are asked not to go into the courtyards to collect their children. The children have been absolutely brilliant in the lead up to Graduation. We are looking forward to a sensational celebration of a magical milestone. We thank you for your support and understanding.
