15.01.2022 As a wedding planner I have seen a lot of fantastic bridesmaid/Maid of honour speeches. So when my little sister got married I had to up the ante with something the bride would remember for ever! My other sister (second rapping bridesmaid) and I are known for breaking out into a song or rap at any given moment, so we thought we would show off our karaoke/rap skills to the wedding guests with our very own version of Sir Mix-a-lots Baby Got Back (one of our faves). This wa...s a complete surprise for all of the guests and most importantly, the bride and groom! Despite my nerves prior to the speech/rap, we managed to pull it off and have loads of fun in the meantime! This is something that the guests and our family will be talking about for many years to come. We put in the effort to practise and memorise the song and the work paid off! The reactions on the faces of my sister (bride) and her husband are absolutely priceless and made it totally worth it! See more
