25.01.2022 The Nightmare Ryan Thorn has signed with EWA!!!! When you think about the future of QLD wrestling, Ryan Thorn will almost certainly be at the top of that list. Having trained under Kobra Jones in the fabled Snakepit, Thorn has had the privilege of not only facing, but defeating some of the best in Australia. Having been a former VPW tag team champion, Thorn looks to make a statement as a singles competitor here in EWA. When asked what we could expect from him, Thorn has this to short statement to make: 'When you look at me, and don't know what to expect.... Expect the unexpected'

25.01.2022 The self Proclaimed Spaghetti weight champion, Charlie D has signed with EWA!!! Charlie D is most well known for his time spent at VPW, and PWP, but has also spent time overseas being trained at Chikara Pro. Charlie D plans on using his unique style to get inside the head of his opponents, and hopefully pick up a win. When asked about how he felt about signing with EWA he had this bizarre statement: 'Hungry. Do you think I'll get an extra hotdog if I win? Seriously though, is... there really gonna be a six sider ring? I'm TNA all the way baby' we then pointed out that this was in fact EWA, to which he responded, 'TNA all the way baby' before walking to the vending machine Charlie D sure is a unique individual that's for sure, but what will happen when he steps foot in the ring, and his Chikara experience comes into play???

24.01.2022 At the moment with the global crisis in place we may have to cancel or postpone the event Rouge. We at Eastern Wrestling Alliance are hoping that the crisis will correct itself in time, although it’s not seeming likely with the ban of 100+ people in a non essential event. April 25th we will make an announcement regarding if the event will be postponed. You will be able to get your refunds through Sticky Tickets.... 17.01.2022 Kobra has signed with EWA!!!! With 13yrs experience, this second generation wrestler is a multi time tag team champion for some of the biggest companies in QLD. Kobra looks to strike first, and use his knowledge and experience to make it to the top here in EWA, and won't let anyone stand in his way. When asked about his thoughts on signing with the company, Kobra refused to answer only staring down our representative, before walking away.... With this silent statement, what can this veteran have in store for the rest of our roster??? Only time will tell

10.01.2022 Coming straight from NSW, Wesley Williams has signed with EWA!! Being trained by Australian legend TNT, and wrestling solely for AWF, Wesley Williams has a bright future ahead of him, and looks to make EWA his second home. When talking about what his plans are here in EWA he had this statement:... "I've dominated everywhere I've been in NSW and when I'm in QLD there is no doubt that I'll do the exact same in EWA. The rest of the roster should just give up and hand me that belt because if I'm being completely transparent, no one can do it better than the BEST ON SHOW" Williams believes without a shadow of a doubt, that he will become the first ever champion here at EWA, but with a roster full of amazing talent, how will he hold up???

07.01.2022 Our first title match announcement!!! We put the power in your hands and you decided on a Last Man Standing Match!!!! Our 2 contenders were selected at random, and it is The Queensland Outlaw, Luke Taylor taking on The Hit man Rick Lloyd.... Both men have held titles in multiple companies, and look to add the EWA Legacy title to their resume. This matchup plays in Lloyds favour, who specialises in hardcore matches, but that doesn't mean Luke Taylor should be counted out. You just never know when he'll hit that devastating last call Superkick. There's only one question left that needs to be answered: who will be The Last Man Standing, and walk away the First ever EWA Legacy Champion?

03.01.2022 Well here it is ladies and gentlemen, our next match announcement, and what a match it is!!! A fatal 4 way, where the winner gets a title shot at a time of their choosing!!! Let's take a look at the competitors: Dick Riggs hasn't been on the scene for long, but has amassed quite the following at VPW, stunning his opponents with his devastating European uppercut, could this young upstart pull off the biggest win of his career, or will his inexperience be his undoing??... Wesley Williams, the young, talented rookie from NSW, trained by the founder of AWF himself, TNT, is known to do anything to pull out a win, no matter how underhanded the tactic may seem. Will Williams manage to reach into his bag of tricks and pull out a win, or will his over confidence cost him the match?? The Asian Sensation, Shinji, Has wrestled all up and down the coast, and is the Current PWP Champion, who is looking to add another championship to his collection. Shinji has the experience advantage here, and will look to use that to his advantage in this match. Will Shinji be the one to have his hand raised and secure a title shot at a time of his choosing or will he succumb to the unknown?? And finally, the mystery man. We do not know much about him, but what we can say, is that he is a legend in the business, with over 12 years and multiple championships, this man has the advantage. How will the others prepare for an opponent they don't know?? However, after not competing in the squared circle for over a year, could ring rust become a factor?? Only time will tell!
