24.01.2022 The New Year is seeing some very exciting changes in our NT EWB chapter. Some people are leaving, more are arriving and the passion and inspiration keeps flowing in the Region. Isabel, our president, is one of those who has to sadly leave the team this year as she is moving back to her home country to continue her career in research. "I leave with a very good taste in my mouth, knowing that the chapter is left in very capable hands. I would like to extend a warm welcome to ...the new committee members, Konnie and Alex, our new Secretary and Vice-President and of course to my beloved Shannon who already stepped up last year from School Outreach Coordinator to Vice-president, and has now accepted the challenge to become NT President. Welcome also to the new members in Alice Springs; Mikaila and Jonathon, they will play a very important role in Central Australia. And I can’t leave without thanking Anna Cain, for believing in us and offering all her support. I love you guys, it has been a very enriching experience. Wishing EWB and the NT Chapter many years full of inspiration and love for what we do: helping others through the power of engineering and knowledge." Thanks Isabel for all you have done for the chapter. We wish you all the best in your new life back home, you will be very missed in our team.

23.01.2022 #EWBNT says goodbye to Nadia Craven who leaves the Territory to continue her career back in Melbourne. Nadia has been our first secretary and a big pillar ever since we started this adventure about 8 months ago. Thanks Nadia for bringing your positive energy into the team and for being so proactive and willing to help whenever needed. We will definitely miss you and we wish you all the very best in this new stage of you life. #EWB #volunteering #engineering #womeninengineering #humanitarianengineering #education #engineers #teamwork

02.01.2022 #EWBNT welcomes Shannon Kieran in her new role as Vice-president of the EWB Northern Territory Chapter. Shannon has done an amazing job as our School Outreach Coordinator and has now agreed to holding a second role in the commitee. The #EWB NT School Outreach program would not be where it is now without Shannon's determination and consistent work. Young, positive, committed people like her really inspire me to keep #volunteering and giving back to the community. Thanks Shan...non for your efforts, you are a very strong pilar to this team. Big thanks to one of the founders of this NT chapter, Kip McCauley-Wassell who has been our first Vice-president and is moving interstate. We wish you all the best in your new #adventures.
