Pleas...e make sure you remove your garage door remote from your vehicle, along with any other valuables. Police have received a number of reports, where thieves have broken into cars and stolen the garage door remote. They are then using the garage door remote to break into the garage and gain entry into the home. If you see any suspicious vehicles and/or people in your street, ring the police straight away.
