18.01.2022 UCM COVID-19: Hey Guys, Please expect customer service delays with any job that is managed from an offshore department. In particular, United Energy and varied multiple retailers as CBD's of major cities have been shut down due to virus prevention prohibiting people accessing their work place. Redundancies have also began taking place on Australian companies directly affecting some work requests. If you have any concerns regarding a job please email or text us and we'll get back to you asap. We are managing and advising each individual job and doing our best for the quickest outcome. For upcoming jobs, I will be putting regular updates on our Facebook, so like our page https://www.facebook.com/ewrspecialists/ for up to date info. Cheers, Kylie @ UCM
