21.01.2022 Training Defined.



20.01.2022 Trent McDonald first approached me a few weeks ago and wanted to increase his strength and improve his technique. We worked on developing his upper body, with his favourite exercise being the shoulder press, and since then, he has been a regular at the gym, working out up to 3 times a week. Quite recently, Trent was also the winner of the monthly gym challenge, with a record of 38 slam balls in under a minute. Well done! ... When asked what he enjoyed about personal training, he had the following to say: "It is good to have someone push you, otherwise I would have given up. A trainer helps you with technique if you're struggling, and having a PT definitely helped me reach my goals. Jes was great because he encouraged me and was serious about the exercises, but at the same time, we had good banter and great laughs. I now follow a written program and definitely recommend getting a trainer if you need help with your technique." Cheers, and thanks for the positive words Trent, and glad to be of service.
