22.01.2022 Australia Day Triathlon, what a great race. Jason Rhine took out the sprint triathlon in the sprint, Jacob Palmer took out the fun triathlon , James Brodie took out the Aquabike and Olivia Wolmarans took out the aquathon. Also racing today was Corlie, Cornal and Dylan Wolmarans, Steve Edwards, Ross and Josh Pedlow, Jasmin Lance, Aaron St John Crowley, and others I have missed. Also big thank you to all the supporters who came down to cheer the athletes in.

21.01.2022 EXSS Winter Duathlon What a great day for a Winter Duathlon. It was great temp so you didn't get to hot and the breeze down the back straight keep you cool, a slight splash of rain in the last run leg and we all got home safe and sound. A great day of racing was had by all and a big congratulation to Luke Bate and Aleisha Wesley for taking out fast male and female. 17.01.2022 Here’s an idea... Why don’t you go check out the new mountain bike trails (MTB) at Lake Leshenaultia BEFORE you join us for the EXSS X-TRI on Sunday, 21st February 2021!! Recently constructed by the Shire of Mundaring, there’s approximately 12kms of custom, MTB trail built. You’ll find two options to ride up, with several options to ride back down. It’s pretty flat as we’re only talking around 50m climbing (or descending) spread over approximately 2kms per trail...easy mate...!!! With a swim session and a spin bike session each week, youll progressively prepare over the 6 weeks to complete a triathlon. Whether its your first ever, or your first in a while, this training program will team your individual goals with group training to get you across the line! Our first TriActive program will be a women's only program with Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre - City of Stirling and Exceed Triathlon Club, commencing 21 September 2020. 06.01.2022 Thanks to everyone that showed up for the Winter Duathlon this morning its was a cold and wet one, lucky enough to have no wind and some good breaks in the rain. How good is it to be back racing ! Congratulations to all for finishing and to the supporters and wonderful volunteers. Nick Thompson was the fastest male by just 4 seconds and Brooke McCoy took out the womans race with a very strong performance. Results are below and more will be posted soon. ... The Enduro format Long Course will be 2.5k run/ 10k bike/ 2.5k run/ 10k bike /2.5k run ... Short Course 2.5k run/ 10k bike/ 1.25k run - from ages 12 and up - Novice athletes welcome any bikes can be used ! Start practicing your transitions. At the conclusion of the main races there will be an Elite Draft Legal Exhibition race with a fast 1km run - 6km 4 x lap bike and finish with 1km run.
