17.01.2022 We recently completed a NBN Enterprise Fibre installation for the Worimi Local Aboriginal Land Council at Williamtown. This 200m/200m connection will eventually provide the platform for all their data services and voice. Once moved over to our hosted platform Excel Direct, the ISDN 20 lines can be removed saving on average $1000 per month even when the cost of this fantastic fibre solution is taken into account. Staff productivity and morale have already improved as work is completed in a more time effective manner. This solution will be the bedrock of the amazing visitor experience once the new cultural centre opens.

17.01.2022 Excel IT recently installed a FTTC (Fibre To The Curb) at Medowie Sports & Business Centre. The acquired speed was 50m/20m so we are pretty close to that. This will help the centre transistion to voice over IP saving them $195 a month on average on call charges and line rental alone. Next step is to port their business numbers over to our hosted platform and let the savings and additional features begin.

06.01.2022 We recently completed a small install of our Excel Direct Hosted PBX solution for Port Stephens Mowing & Outdoor Centre. Providing the expanding business with desk phones and cordless handsets to provide maximum flexibility. We have implemented features such as caller ID display, music on hold, call queuing and message bank with voicemail to email capabilities. All these features are available at a fraction of the cost when looking at traditional in house/on site telephone systems. Port Stephens Mower & Outdoor Centre are locally owned and operated by Malcolm and Sharon. 06.01.2022 Our hosted PBX 'Excel Direct' enables businesses to take control of their communications. You can chose to self manage or have Excel take care of everything for you. We give you access to your own customer portal where you can set call diversions to multiple locations, setup your message bank, auto attendant menus, call groups and call queues. You can also order telephone numbers and port mobile and landline numbers. Of course we will set everything up for you and requests for changes are free of charge!
