21.01.2022 The Herron Todd White Townsville Rent Roll Survey Report is out! The Results - The latest residential rental vacancy rate for Townsville measured from our rent roll survey at the end of November 2019 stood in trend terms at 1.7% for houses, 2.14% for units and 1.84% overall. The actual vacancy rates were 1.75% for houses, 2.29% for units and 1.92% overall. Compared to previous years and with the flooded properties coming back on the market, its great news for Townsville to h...ave maintained a less than 2% vacancy rate. What this means for owners is they can expect more rent than they have experienced in previous years however, the prices won’t be as high as they were immediately after the floods.
