12.01.2022 Due to the relaxing of the lockdown restrictions, Excel is now able to run some fitness classes in our carpark. There will be a maximum of 9 spots for each class open and youll be able to book a slot through the link below. https://www.picktime.com/excelmartialarts Classes will be dependent on the weather, but you will be contacted if a class is cancelled. ... If you cant make a class youve booked, just send us a message and let us know so we can free that spot for someone else. 12.01.2022 Here is our amended timetable for our indoor classes which are starting back on Monday June 22nd! BJJ is set to be back on the 13th of July so we really encourage you BJJ members to try out some of our other classes in the mean time!
