It’s Ben from when you were so lucky to manage [ADDRESS] ! I hope the Covid crisis hasn’t effected you guys too much and all is going swimmingly! Well it’s that time! We are going to be leaving here with our lease up on June 30! YAYH! Our dream scenario is that you have a wonderful 4 bedroom home for us anywher...e from Noosaville to possibly Coolum. We will probably be keen to be out of here possibly 10 days before the lease is up. Such a smooth easy process with paperwork, entry report, our agent and their systems.I feel as tenants we are protected but also the owners are as well. They aren't a one size has to fit all agency.
