18.01.2022 Want some Saturday motivation to get moving? Check out this guys effort being put in at AAA Racing & Coaching Last One Standing event!! This incredible running event kicked off 1am Friday morning and involves running almost 7km every hour, on the hour, until there is only one person left! Ryan is known for his super human running ability, having recently won the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT) 200 miler, completing this in just over 48 hours Ryan is currently into his 36th lap of Last One Standing and going strong, head over to AAA Racing & Coaching to follow his progress
