05.01.2022 Just released: TSS (temporary skill shortage) visa will replace 457 visa. It will have 2 streams - 2 years and 4 years; new occupation list released 19/4; compulsory labour market testing; higher english. Will now require 3 years on a 457 to be eligible for PR. Max age for PR down from 50 years to 45 years.... More to come.
