20.01.2022 SOLD Caterpillar MY2017 CAT 301.7D and Rollmaxx Trailer Zero Swing... 1.7t and Rollmaxx Alloy Trailer C/W 1 Year CAT Powertrain Warranty. This very tidy little 1.7t digga is in very very clean condition through out and has barely a scratch and not a single dent on it. Would suit new buyer? The unit came from a regional CAT dealer where it was traded for a larger unit. Given that it came from a rural environment it has not had to deal with the confines of city tight access jobs which would explain just how clean and straight this little digga is! It is curently indicating a LOW approx. 1300hrs and runs and operates just as you would expect a Low Hour machine like this would. Track gear is excellent and the rubber tracks have a couple marks and nicks but are generally in good nick with around 70% remaining. Everything on this unit works, including the Expandable Track Gear, Pattern Shift and even the Horn works! Powering this European Built CAT is the ever popular and reliable 1.1ltr 3cyl Yanmar Engine. As a BONUS this particular machine comes with a 12mnth/1000hr (Valid til 11/21) CAT Powertrain Warranty. 14.01.2022 Takeuchi TB215R SOLD The Takeuchi TB215R, and Takeuchi's in general, are widely considered to be one of the toughest and well built Japanese Mini excavators available and as such are somewhat more expensive than other brands but as they say "sometimes you only get what you pay for"!... This little unit has had 2 owners since new and was sold by me to a customer to use for some maintenance on his property in 2017. Since then it has only done around 250hrs! The machine has been really well looked after and has good hours (aprox. 2800hrs) on the clock which is still quite low for its age. The machine has all the trimmings incl: 300 GP Bucket 450 GP Bucket 1000 Mud Bucket New Ripper Tine Fire Extinguisher Flashing Safety Beacon 2 speed Travel Expandable Undercarriage Hammer/Auxiliary Attach. Manual Half Hitch 3 x work lights The Track gear is in excellent condition and the tracks are approx. 80% remaining. It has just had a full service and a re-shim of the dipper arm bushes so it is nice and tight! The machine does everything it should and even the Horn Works! The Trailer was also sold by me to the previous owner as a brand new unit and has only been used 2 or 3 times since then! So it is essentially a new trailer with as new tires, Sunraysia wheels, led lighting, adjustable mesh loading ramps, hydraulic brakes and load stabilizers, its just a really well set up 2t plant trailer. This is a great little package that won't "break the bank" yet will get the job done for many reliable hours to come. All inspections welcome and come and give it a good run on our test dig area. 02.01.2022 SOLD *** 2013 CAT 259B3 Semi Enclosed Trac Loader *** Looking for a tidy 259 Trac Loader that won't "Break the Bank" then read on!... This "semi enclosed" machine is in great condition throughout and has side windows only, no front door so unobstructed vision and access. With recently replaced rubber tracks good sprockets and rollers, nice clean interior, super clean engine bay and hydraulic pump area it presents really well. It has just undergone a service and CAT also replaced some hydraulic hoses. It is fitted with a genuine CAT 4 in 1 Bucket and comes with fire extinguisher, safety beacon and original service manual. Engine runs well and starts first click, has plenty of power(75hp) and the hydraulics all appear clean and leak free. Unit does indicate 1700 hrs but has an actual reading of 2600hrs approx.
