19.01.2022 Building a Duplex can be a great option increasing your return. Here is our Gardenia duplex which we handed over in December. Our client had a tired and run down existing investment property, no longer suitable for tenants to live in. After doing his research he found that knocking down the existing home and replacing it with a Duplex where he could receive two rental incomes was a far better investment option, than just renovating the existing property.
