Are you ready to sell? Is your marketing ready? These two days are essential to increasing your sales. ... Whether you’re offering a discount code, free shipping, a free gift with purchase or creating gift bundles, get your audience hyped up, excited and ready to visit your store next Friday! If you’re using email marketing, implement a waitlist to get people on-board before you launch your offer and give them a special bonus! Show some behind the scenes and sneak peeks of your products on sale! Use Instagram stories to create a survey or poll to find out what your audience is lining up to see on sale! Consider increasing your ad spend! During these sales people will be spending wayyy more than usual, so if you increase your ad spend a couple of days out from next Friday, this will give the ad enough time to optimise for conversions, and allow you to adjust and tweak along the way before the big day. 16.01.2022 A challenging and fulfilling job in a good workplace can be great, but if work starts to take over and we lose the balance, it gets stressful Stress is a normal response to the demands of work. It can be beneficial in short bursts, helping us stay alert and perform at our best. However, prolonged or excessive job stress can be damaging to our mental health. As well as affecting relationships and life outside work, stress can increase risk of injury, fatigue and burnout. Le...arning to handle stress in healthy ways is very important, changed behaviours can help look after your mind and body to reduce stress. Some helpful tips: Identify warner signs Identify triggers Establish routines Spend time with people who care Look after your health Practice relaxation Recognise self-talk and what is going on in our head We need to be kind to ourselves and know what is contributing to the stress to be able to look at the right strategies to manage it. Especially at this crazy, busy, time of year!

11.01.2022 it’s the most wonderful time of the year... and also the busiest! Christmas is so close and I can bet most of us will work right up until Christmas Eve. Taking a break, it seems, is not always relaxing. That blur of one to two weeks away from the office over Christmas/New Year, indulging in food, fun and time with the family, seemed very real and exciting in November. ... By December, it’s disappearing in a haze of must-dos on two fronts. Before we’ve had time to breathe, it’s January. We want time to do nothing, but when the opportunity arises to have it, we fill that time with tasks! We need to pause and identify what matters most about Christmas. With everything you plan to do, ask yourself how it contributes to the things that matter. For me, it’s spending time with family and friends, enjoying the fresh air outdoors away from the boxed-in office. Sleep ins and eating Turkey for breakfast three days in a row. Ensuring the kids have amazing Christmas memories to reminisce on, like I look fondly back on my childhood days. If I can recreate those feelings and memories this Christmas, I may reach January content, satisfied with the time that’s gone and saying goodbye to 2020, optimistic for the year to come. When we’re back at our desks, perhaps we will have learned something about how to identify what is important to ourselves and others, a lesson we can use in leadership in the workplace as much as we can at home. ‘tis the season to eat, drink + be merry
