03.01.2022 I’M GRATEFUL to be part of the @woman_exhibition !!! Firstly Nicole... thank you for being so passionate to make this happen ! What makes me a strong woman Well I guess this human experience has shaped me !!!!... My beautiful mum role model influenced me! She was a leader in her time in business when it was a mans world & most woman were stay at home mums ! At almost 87 she still is resilient, assertive,tough yet caring, supportive.She taught me unconditional love... embedded in my blueprint Being a MUM myself with my divine amazing daughter & 3 grandchildren has given me extra strength and purpose to nurture, protect our unconditional LOVE, friendship & family !.... Life has delivered me some tough briefs however having this support,role modeling,being open& studying in my field of expertise & a strong elite sporting foundation as a child established my inner fire & belief in myself I was also naturally intuiative & have had the sense to always keep questioning life & the way I was feeling through the tough times as I felt there was a more uplifted way of experiencing reality ! Accepting that I’m a unique individual, believing, in myself,staying curious,assertive,kind & heart aligned as well as being part of a collective groups like @woman_exhibition has given me confidence to push societies boundaries & be recognized as thought & soul leader in the Mindfulness Age positive movement redefining age & living Wel!!!
