24.01.2022 Looking for local roof plumbers in longwarry or surrounding suburbs. Have a small extension approximately 50m2 skillion roof 5degree pitch custom orb sheets 1 box gutter 3.5m long Gutters 13m and spouting 2 x down pipes. 10m of end flashings Certificate of compliance... We are the builders conducting the work and my usual plumber is too busy or wont travel out this way. This is not an ideal situation for me as the job is flying along and my only hold up is finding a plumber that can fit this job in. Timeframe being 1-2 weeks away from being ready and job should take 1-1&1/2 days approx. I have been chasing plumbers for over 2 weeks and my last resort is Facebook. Someone out there has to have a job they could juggle around to help a bloke out. Please give me a call if you wish to quote. 24.01.2022 The Conservatory. Challenging job but very satisfying to say the least. We have had to cut out a lot of rot and repair timbers where necessary. To prepare for new colourbond panels that have been designed to cover all exposed timber. Installation to be carried out next week.

23.01.2022 Was a bit of a short week due to the fires in the state park, the CFA did a marvelous job to contain the fires to the nth side of the hwy. To all those that lost their homes in the fires my thoughts are with you and I hope you can look forward to what the future brings, and cherish the memories you have with your families. You are all alive and thats all that matters at the end of the day. You have the full support of the local communities. I ended up getting out to the job at Longwarry to get my mind off things. Frame going up and thanks to Amanda Lawrence for helping me stand the 10m wall up and putting in the windows.

22.01.2022 Before and after of floors I completed in Ashburton. Cabinet doors to conceal tech equipment. Not a bad job considering everything was out of square and plumb.

22.01.2022 Tight access digging at its best, we moved over 15m3 out of the back of the 2 townhouses I have been working on in Ashburton the plumber and builder missed the mark on the retention system by a small 2700litres. Finished this stage early in the year.

21.01.2022 Sorry its been a while between posts. Longwarry roof frame and some cladding being started. Will have final photos up once I go back and take them in the next week.

21.01.2022 Nearly there just some oil painting to go on the window and door frames and we have another beautiful bathroom complete.

19.01.2022 Blackburn job is now nearing completion, a couple of final items to be finished off and our clients can enjoy.

19.01.2022 Sorry I havent put a post up for a while but we have been extremely busy through the second half of last year and this year is looking like another cracker year. Extension and renovation completed in Ringwood. Added a new bedroom theatre/multipurpose room, pergola, and bi-fold doors. I will put the before images up at a later date.

19.01.2022 A project we have just completed in Berwick. Retaining wall pull down old cement sheet wall and replace with new woodgrain concrete sleepers. Custom concrete formed retaining wall around driveway and front entry.

18.01.2022 Bathroom renovation in Ringwood nearly complete. Cabinets and benchtops to be finished off then the final tiles to be completed and hand over. Final photos of before and after still to come. Hamptons style.

18.01.2022 Paving is all down and now for the deck and finishing touches. Plants and lots of them.

17.01.2022 Ringwood meets the Hamptons Take 2. Bench top to go in and a few details finished off and bathroom will be complete. Starting to really take shape, 2 rooms 3 walls gone to make this masterpiece.

16.01.2022 This is the Ringwood renovation and extension we did late last year, I promised to put some before photos up and here they are with some progress photos thrown in for fun. I will be getting some final shots all furnished and ready for the paparazzi in a couple of weeks.

15.01.2022 Hamptons inspired bathroom. Completed. Thanks to Laurel and Barry for giving me the opportunity to create such a beautiful bathroom. So happy with the end result. Thanks to Kiel for his help with the shower screen installation and supply of mirrors. Anthony Bresnan for coming out at such short notice and helping with a couple of plumbing issues encountered. Thanks again to Dan for helping out with the tiling. My paving guru has now turned pro tiler. Give me a call for your next bathroom renovation, I take pride in my work and love what I do.

14.01.2022 Another little job in Blackburn. Concrete driveway and pathway with stipple finish. Our client Ken was very happy with the end result after our concrete turned up at 3pm instead of 1pm on a Friday thanks to the concrete company we used (and the awesome communication). Massive thanks to Dan from Eastern Landscape construction for sticking around till 8.30pm and finishing off under lights. Legends like Dan never let you down.

13.01.2022 A Little transformation to the front yard of a townhouse in Bonbeach. French pattern travertine tiles 40m supplied by National Tiles. Thanks to Dan from Eastern Landscape Construction for helping out with the paving and my favourite Dave Bradshaw getting amongst it yet again. Cant wait to re visit in a few weeks once they have set it up and put some pot plants in.

12.01.2022 Tidy up in the front yard. Just need a new fence. Aluminum pickets and some mulch will set this property off from the rest. There was garden all the way up to the tree. Agapanthus and ivy and blackberries galore.

12.01.2022 Outdoor kitchen is really starting to take shape now. Pizza oven module in place ready to be finished, just a few things to finish off then paving to complete this beautiful outdoor area.

05.01.2022 A Walk in robe I completed in Croydon North from start to finish. Pulled out all the old standard 1 shelf and hanging rod from both sides, and doors. Full make over complete with painting, new floors and Elfie storage system.

Rates will be negotiable and based on skills and industry experience. The subcontractor is for 2-3 days a week at current with the potential to go full time. Looking for qualifed carpenter and apprentice carpenter. Location Bunyip and Ringwood.... Work is based all over Melbourne. Current jobs are in Ashburton and Croydon Nth. 02.01.2022 From the inside looking out into the lush green gardens. You would never believe this is in the middle of suburbia. I have a photo of my family and I standing in front of this very same window 25 odd years ago and now I have been given the opportunity to restore this little gem so it can be enjoyed for another 25 years. Happy days.
