12.01.2022 A nice an easy change over to finish the working year, we replaced these old Zenit pumps with Wilo pumps after a frantic call from a customer saying there basement sump pump system was in alarm and worried about it comming into the Christmas period. We jumped straight on it and got the pumps and pipework replaced. #design #supply #install #maintain

11.01.2022 Today was all about certification of a stormwater pumpset system. We supplied, installed, commissioned and flow tested these Wilo Rexa series stormwater pumps as apart of NSW Health hospital upgrade program. Apart of NSW Health commissioning guidelines is to be able to show that pumping systems meet design duties and we were able to do that with the assistance of our own certified ultrasonic flow meter. #design #supply #install #maintain

11.01.2022 One of the many jobs we have attended to over the past week. Asked the customer when is the last time the system was serviced? They replied, not sure we have been here 3 years and haven't had the pump looked at as it's just worked. Pump died due to silt build up and pit was also taking in ground water. 07.01.2022 A continuous problem we keep facing, baby wipes and hand towels being flushed down the toilets. Unfortunately these do not break down and eventually clog up sewage pump systems like shown below. This was a service call we attended after hours as the sewage system had gone into high level and started alarming. 02.01.2022 Last job for the working week, got a call from a new customer saying they had very low water pressure to the lower levels of the complex and no water to the higher levels. Pump one was seized and pump two bearings were on the way out. Both check valves faulty and passing. Replaced and up sized pumps and check valves same day. Six hour turn around from when we first arrived to having system completely re done. Another system that had never been serviced, pays to have your pump system serviced on a regular basis. #design #supply #install #maintain
