Richmond has a background in #elite #sports, having represented #NSW in #wrestling and worked for the Bulldogs NRL side as a #Strength and #Conditioning coach, sports #scientist and #rehabilitation coach.... Richmond specialises in #musculoskeletal #injuries, mainly of the knee and shoulder, and #cardiometabolic conditions.

SMALL GROUP PARK SESSIONS We will now be running exercise sessions in local parks within the Eastern Suburbs. There will be limited availability due to the social distancing laws.
