10.01.2022 Broomstick workout X4 rounds 10x overhead squats ... Place and hold broom stick overhead. Biceps should be in line with the ears. 10x stationary lunges each leg By holding the broomstick overhead, you build upper and lower body strength. 10 x burpees over broomstick Lateral jump over broomstick. When you drop to the ground you are parallel to the broomstick. Once you stand up you do a lateral hop over the broomstick. 10x double crunches- The double crunch will combine two killer abs exercises, the standard and the reverse crunch into one. - Between each round smash out 100 skips on your skipping rope.

06.01.2022 As we begin another working week, working from home, stop and stretch your back, every so often with the following chair exercises to relieve lower back pain. Neck, back and shoulder pain are very common complaints from prolonged sitting at the desk all day. Hope these give U a bit of relief.

06.01.2022 Its important to stretch daily as it increases blood flow and much-needed oxygen to all areas of the body. When sitting at your desk all day long remember to get up and walk around and stretch your muscles as it descreases back pain, helps to eliminate stress and improve mental acuity, and decreases muscle stiffness and cramping. If you have problem areas such as tightness in the back, stretch daily, maybe even twice a day. For tight muscles holding a stretch for 30-60 seconds and repeating 2-3 times maximizes benefits.
