25.01.2022 The 86 I did. Wish I had some stickers for added exposure.

23.01.2022 Whenever I see magnetic L or P plates on a car in front of me I shudder. Not because of the drivers skill or lack there of but the damage being done upon multiple uses. Poor paint.

22.01.2022 Bikes are welcome too.

19.01.2022 Finally stopped raining long enough to wash my boat. Tipping it will rain now for the next 5 days haha.

18.01.2022 Mazda6 scared of water. Almost no need to dry it.

18.01.2022 Hydrophilic 300SRT. Almost dried with water.

18.01.2022 1986 Mercedes 230E before I started on it. The paint felt like crepe paper. The wheels had more baked on gunk than Martha Stewarts oven.

16.01.2022 Dan she is a ready my friend. 2 step compound with Germanys finest, then finished with wax followed by a sealant. My arm hurts haha See you Tomorrow.

16.01.2022 The finished product. 2 and a bit days. Paint polished, with as many scratches removed as I felt safe with 2 passes. A finishing pass, totalling 3 full rounds of this scandinavian beast. Mats were steam cleaned, carpets cleaned. Funnily enough the hardest stain to remove was a spill by the owner of Bowdens own carnuba wax. All plastics were cleaned with APC and then dressed in a silicon free protectant. Leather was cleaned with Bowdens own leather love and then protected wit...h their leather guard. The wheel barrels had the thickest layer of brake dust I have ever encountered. 2 rounds with Bowdens own Wheely clean and carpro ironX had them spiffy. The wheel woolies were blacker than the black they are. Car was protexted with Bowdens carnuba wax and topped with carpro hydro2. Pics by the owner today after pick up. The sun came out for 5 minutes!! See more

13.01.2022 Been quite a while. Really enjoyed doing this car. The owner reminds me of me lol. The excitement is palpable.

12.01.2022 Sneek peek at the car I am doing now. Looked very clean in arrival. The client bagged a bargain. 55000km 2009 model. After a full decon wash and clay bar, it's skin was revealed. Years of the previous owner using silicon filled polishes was washed away revealing nothing but bad washing techniques.

11.01.2022 Firstly I am a little disappointed. I took quite a few pics of this car before and after I started and they seem to be lost somewhere on the SD card. This Merc was pretty much totally neglected by it's previous owner. The new owner asked my advice and wanted a quick go over to see if it could look better. Being the person I am, it was never going to be a 'quick' going over. It received a the lot. A full wheel off clean which resulted in much swearing. A decon wash consisting ...of tar removal, iron removal and clay bar, which at times sounded like the noise from scraping your nails down a blackboard. A medium grade compound was then used to rid the car of the oxidisation and alot of the scratches hidden beneath. A finishing polish to gloss it up and remove a lot of the finer scratches. It was then sealed with 2 different products layered. All in all I was pretty happy, but the real prize is when customer and son arrive to pick it up, they are silent and just nodding yes. 06.01.2022 Thanks Patience design, they look great.

05.01.2022 Started work on a well neglected Mercedes 230E late yesterday arvo. I think there was close to 30 years of brake dust and fallout on the car. When the wheels came off I almost cried. 3 seperate applications of iron-X and much scrubbing got this result. The roof, bonnet and boot lid turned purple almost instantly. Can't wait to hit it with the polisher.

03.01.2022 A friend and I corrected my wifes 2013 Mazda6 Wagon about 13 mths ago. Proper maintenance and care while washing is a must. The car is not coated with ceramic/glass options just sealed. I performed a paint cleanse and rewax and seal last weekend. It still looks a million bux.

03.01.2022 Next car started late yesterday. The decon process was a long one! You could've resurfaced the Monash fwy with the tar on it. Just the roof had enough for my driveway. The clay process was a long one indeed. I made my own formula of some crappy mothers quick detailer and bowdens own agent Orange APC. 50/50 mix. It tore through the grime build up while 2\3 of a clay bar was sacrificed. The paint work has areas of haze/oxidation and some heavy mineral spotting. So far the bonnet has had its first pass with Menzerna 2400. Pleased with the results. Some of the car had been resprayed so caution is needed plus some scrathches are too deep to warrant the risk of damage to remove. The new machine makes working sooo much easier and quicker. So few vibes mean I can feel my hand after one panel.

01.01.2022 When the car came in water stuck to it like velcro. Drying felt like it was coated in rubber. Now it feels like silk and water just won't stay.
