24.01.2022 Updating news for members and visitors to the club, with the easing of restrictions on public gatherings, as of today the greens are available for roll ups, no more than 10 people allowed,the BAR still remains closed, toilet facilities are open for use, social distancing still is in place (4 square metres). Friday evenings and Sunday mornings are the times that are set for bowls at present, single person roll ups are allowed though no toilet facilities will be open other than Friday and Sunday. 24.01.2022 Hi all, just to inform all that the Club Championships singles that were scheduled for this Sat - Sunday have been postpone until further notice. We will revert back to the regular Saturday and Sunday Bowls competitions. Also the A.G.M will be held on the 29th August @5:30. All members are encouraged to attend.... A great fun weekend of bowls for the Carnival, a very big thanks to all the sponsors & volunteers who made it all possible. Well done and congratulations to the local team, Hippie,Tatey, Nina and Maggie to take it out. They took some big scalps along the way. Cheers and Beers.

With barefoot bowls now finished, all those still interested in a bowl and a beer can still join in as we have some social bowls starting this Thursday night. 6.30 for 7.00 start. 21.01.2022 We are open for business. With restrictions eased the club is now back in full swing with the following days of play; Social Bowls: Tuesday, 1-1.30pm Thursday, 1-1.30pm Sunday, 9-9.30am... 20.01.2022 Sunrise today indicated the day for the annual challenge between the caravan parks on the bowling greens is going to be warm , the competition should be hot as all the players have been anticipating this event for the last couple of weeks. An update from the days play will be posted after the sun has set and all players have replenished their fluids.

20.01.2022 The Exmouth Bowling Club advises all teams that have nominated for the upcoming barefoot bowls season starting in October that the start date has been put back a week due to another event on the same day. 13.01.2022 The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted on the lives of everyone in Australia and rapidly changed the way we all conduct our daily business. It is timely that we remind everyone to be patient and understand that committees are doing their best in these challenging times. Update for all members & visitors. With COVID-19 restrictions easing the following is now applicable to Exmouth Bowling Club:... All patrons are to sign the register. This will be located near the door as you enter; this is required by law for tracking purposes in case of a COVID-19 outbreak. Hand Sanitizer will be available & we ask all patrons to use this when entering the building Patrons should continue to practice social distancing 1.5m and good hygiene at all times Service of alcohol Patrons can order and purchase alcohol to take back to a seated area for consumption. Patrons must be seated for consumption at all times. All shared equipment is now allowed provided it is washed/sanitized after each use. There are disinfectant sprays available for mats with the kittys to be immersed in a bucket of disinfectant. On Sunday 7 June 2020, the club will re-open for business but still follow distancing guidelines. For our re-opening we invite all members & visitors to a game of Social Bowls this Sunday 7 June, 9 - 9.30 with a sausage sizzle afterwards. So, come on down & enjoy a social get together amongst friends. It has been awhile!! Remember to watch the board for game times. Good Bowling everyone see you on the green.

07.01.2022 An update for members and visitors to the Exmouth Bowling Club, with new restrictions in place by government agencies and Bowls WA , No Playing of bowls allowed, this covers roll ups as well, the club house, greens and surrounds are closed until further notice, club captain Neil Taylor.

07.01.2022 To All Bowlers out there. This Sunday 16 August we have our Annual Challenge of the caravan parks, Ningaloo v RAC & The Rest. Pop stick draw. The format for this will be; 9 - 9.30 start 3 games of 10 ends... Presentation after completion of the day Bring your own lunch Nibbles will be supplied at presentation. Hope to see as many of our visitors there as this really is a great social day. The weekend of 22-23 August the bowling club are holding their annual IGA/Cellarbrations Carnival, nominated teams are to be in the Captains office no later than Thursday 20 August. Cost for this even is $260 per team. All teams are to have at least one lady in the team. The following is provided: Morning & Afternoon teas both days Lunch both days Evening Meal Saturday night If you know of anyone who would like a game but are not in a team, there is a list on the board at the bowling club & Hippie will try & get them in a team. 04.01.2022 Hi to all. From next Wednesday night (27th June) ,with a 6 pm for 6:30 start, the club will be starting a Pennants type competition. With more visitors now arriving, we are hoping to get teams involved from all the caravan parks and a team or 2 from the local bowlers. The 1st week will be more of a social night, where we can work out teams etc. Of course the bar will be open.

04.01.2022 Mixed Fours Club Championships was our season opener played last weekend. Congratulations to the winning team of Malcolm Hinkley, Brad Spiers, Mav Williams and Judy Daly. Some very impressive bowls played by all. Finishing second, Neil (Hippie) Taylor with Nina Menner, Martin Brummer and Maggie Bright (welcome back Maggie). A great weekend of bowls with beautiful Exmouth weather. A warm welcome to all our bowlers who will be arriving shortly to enjoy Exmouth's famous hospitality, fishing and one of the the best winter destinations in WA.
