24.01.2022 Wall framing complete Roof trusses arrived today and we can make a start on them as of Monday. Swimming pool about to be filled with water. Soon get the brickwork up
24.01.2022 New build started at 393 Corella Court Exmouth Marina Retaining walls in and getting space ready for the swimming pool. Concrete slab down and drains underway. Wall frames prepared for erection and bricks on site.... A big thanks to the EBC trades and suppliers for helping to make this home start so well .

13.01.2022 Good progression in the last few weeks. Given the concrete slab a good week to harden and now framing almost complete. Drains, water and electrical services in. Roof cladding to begin next week. Big thanks to our valued trades & suppliers for keeping it rocking :)

07.01.2022 Earthworks have started on the new build for 416 Madaffari Drive. Keep an eye out for our continuous progress photos!
06.01.2022 Lots of progress since slab went down. Here we are 6 weeks later and roof on, windows in and external & internal linings being installed. Soon be at lock up
05.01.2022 Lock Up achieved today. Tiler started his floor screeds and Painter in tomorrow for undercoats. Very happy with the progress
