WATER OUTAGE - 28th December 2018 On 28th December 2017 the Water will be turned off in Exmouth Villa's as Gavin Channing replaces broken and aged parts on our main water meter and replaces a length of pipe that's burst between units 18 and 19.... Cathy from Ray White has organised 10ltr bottles of water for units belonging to GET AWAY VILLA's within the Exmouth Villa's complex. PROOF OF HOLIDAY RENTAL must be presented to Kathy along with a Drivers Licence to obtain the 10ltr container. Happening between 9am -10:30am. Exmouth Villa's apologises for the inconvenience all staying in the Exmouth Villa's at this time. It has been suggested that all owners, renters, permanents LIKE the Exmouth Villa's Facebook page where updates will always be posted first and on the website www.exmouthvillas.com.au

09.01.2022 At 11:56pm on Sunday 2nd July 2017, I have had to turn off the water mains due to another MAINS BURST. This time it is outside unit 27 near access steps. Glen Smith called @ midnight followed by Watercorp to let them know it's on Exmouth Villas side and not theirs in the event people call Watercorp.... Glen to co-ordinate repair with Gavin in the morning. Spoke with Glen again at 12:25am

06.01.2022 27th December 2017 All, Exmouth Villa’s Water will be Shut Off Soon, We have 2 x Broken Pipes. (Photos attached)... 1 Mains pipe broke between Units 18 & 19 in the car park. The main metre has got a major leak on the Exmouth Villa’s side of the meter. Gavin Channing our local plumber will be here shortly. TIME FOR REPAIR UNKNOWN
