Ingredients for 4 people: 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 tablespoon Le Phare Du Cap Bon Harissa paste 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons honey salt black pepper 1 lemon, quartered whole chicken cup chopped mint leaves, cup natural yoghurt Preparation : Preheat oven to 200C . Place the garlic, Le Phare Du Cap Bon Harissa, oil, half the lemon juice, honey salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside. Place the lemon pieces and chicken, skin-side up, in a large roasting tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Rub the chicken all over with the marinade. Roast for 3035 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden. Place the mint, yoghurt, remaining lemon juice and salt in a small food processor and process to combine. Ingredients : 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons of LE PHARE DU CAP BON HARISSA... 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice A small handful of parsley, finely chopped Salt and cracked black pepper 750g raw king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact Cooking method: Place the garlic, LE PHARE DU CAP BON Harissa , oil, lime or lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the prawns and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat a barbecue grill plate to high. Remove prawns from marinade and thread onto metal or bamboo skewers. Grill prawn skewers for 2 minutes each side or until prawns are cooked through and golden. Serve skewers with lime or lemon wedges .
