19.01.2022 What are nature play-date sessions? These sessions are a gentle blend of holistic counselling and inner-life coaching for Mums. They can support you through being overwhelmed or lost in life, struggling with grief, confusion or seeking a deeper sense of belonging, purpose, passion and balance in life. These sessions are an opportunity to share your story to another in a safe, confidential and sacred space enabling shifts, releases, healing and transformation to begin. ... Perhaps you are feeling like your wings are clipped, or you are restricted and trapped in a cage and longing to let go of what is no longer supporting you. Is it time to discover new ways to shift towards reclaiming and being the real you. To be free, authentic, alive and expanding your wings in your full feminine beauty! I offer one on one sessions in a private consultation room, however nature play-date sessions are offered at the beach in Port Macquarie, NSW, accompanied with our children (my 2yr old and your children), playing in the rock pools and building sandcastles. I am offering these sessions for Mums who are ready to heal, expand and empower their lives. You may prefer this nature playful setting or perhaps are feeling limited with time and finances for taking steps to care for YOU. Therefor I am offering these sessions at an introductory price of only $50 which includes an ‘organic’ hour together (depending on children’s needs and the flow of your process), follow up email support and a qualified, loving and deeply caring companion on your soul’s journey. I absolutely love and honour every moment I am privileged to share in the journey and story of another. To sacredly hold, gently guide and companion another as they deepen their inner-journey and bring more clarity, meaning, purpose and love to their life is my gift and passion to our world. I am a qualified and experienced counselor of over ten years working holistically with the whole Self. "Nature play-date sessions" These sessions will be held in the safety of rockpools and sandcastles at the beach with myself and my children. Opening up this space enables me to offer more time to YOU. Your children are most welcome to join the fun to enable more opportunities for you to care for you...r soul in a sacred space together. And I completely honour our abilities as mothers to "hold that thought" as we need to tend to our children and then continue with our inner processing and healing. As a gift to all Mums, I am offering these sessions at an introductory offer of $50 per session (an organic hour).
