As a Director and a mother of four children, I am well aware how much every parent wants the caring, loving, nurturing environment for their children, especially when it comes to early childhood education and care environment. This is what we pledge to do at Expeditions ELJ Epping as it conforms to the rights of the child and our code of ethics. I hold a wide range of relevant early childhood qualifications and I am committed to continuous studies in the sector to keep up to date my knowledge and expertise on how children learn, develop, and master life long skills. I share my knowledge and expertise through organised training sessions with my team, and role modeling in the rooms. In the last 8 years, I have occupied different leadership roles in early childhood sector; Educational Leader, Trainer and Assessor, Acting Director, and a 3 years Centre Director experience. It is rewarding to be a valued part of children's learning expedition! At Expeditions ELJ Epping, we employ suitably qualified staffs who are passionate and knowledgable to create and customise learning experiences that are age and developmentally appropriate and also culturally relevant to individual children. My role will be to create the platform for my team to succeed in their role and responsibilities. I invite our treasured families to please share ideas, give feedback and get involved in our children's learning and development journey through volunteerism and participation in the Centre events. We are living in an unprecedented times, so, Centre events will be critically assessed on a case to case bases and organised with safety measures and guidelines put in place.
