25.01.2022 UPDATE: We are working to restore the last of the shared hosting Linux and Windows web and database servers this morning. We are working through restoring all customer servers. Once all these servers are restored over the coming days we will be restoring ancillary servers like control panel servers. Thank you for all your support and encouraging comments during this period.

21.01.2022 Please be aware that our infrastructure has been hit with a massive ransomware attack and most services are offline. We have engineers working to mitigate this attack and recover services as a matter of urgency. At this stage, we have no ETA on particular services being recovered. We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to get all services back online as soon as possible.

19.01.2022 We have now mitigated the denial of service attack against our network. We are monitoring closely as are our upstream providers. We apologise for the inconvenience that these attacks cause to our customers. We have multiple monitoring systems in place to alert us to these types of attacks so we can respond as quickly as possible.

18.01.2022 UPDATE: Our primary email server mail.expeed.com.au is now back online. We have restored most of the larger Windows web and SQL servers along with a number of customer servers. We will be continuing the restorations over the coming days until all services are back online.

17.01.2022 UPDATE: Restores are still underway. Some of our shared web hosting servers and database servers are now back up, along with some of our Linux hosting servers. Some customer servers have been also been restored. Our primary Smartermail email server is in the process of being restored and we expect that online later today. We were hoping to have this running earlier, but it's a huge server and takes a long time to restore. Please do not email, call or message asking for an E...TA on when your specific server will be available as we will be unable to answer that. The approach to restoring we are taking is designed to ensure that all services are restored in the fastest possible time. We are working around the clock to get all servers back up and running, and we appreciate your patience. We appreciate the kind words of support that people have left on these updates.
