24.01.2022 Lest we forget May we never forget those whom we so brave and frightened and fearless all at once. Today our family remember those from the past, present and future.... Brave men and women whom served us and continue to do so. We sincerely sympathise and can not fathom the physical and mental affect that has taken its toll on our brave soldiers yesterday, today and tomorrow. Lest we forget the heros of the past and the heros of today. This post is to pay upmost respect to the Anzac heros, God bless them Lets not forget their children and grandchildren alike, who continue to serve in through respect and remembrance. Presently, we work for two young families locally whoms lifes will never be the same again with incurable injuries from grenades. We can see this first hand. Its soul destroying! We really enjoyed working on this special project, we felt a sense of excitement for the handover and imagined how thrilling it would be for the owners to move back into their stunning new renovation! ... 23.01.2022 A decadent bond clean completed today.. it must be an Abode home We had our little off sider who doesn’t pre-school on Tuesdays and has become such an expert this year in choosing her finishes and touches for when she is BIG (lol) and has given this place her big thumbs up! The Carpeted space is in fact the garage, so, has endured some wear with vehicles parking within its use.. though fixed up really could become another living space. ... We loved the diversity to suit each family and the contrast of material used throughout the living areas as well as outdoors. Cleaners really do enjoy restoring such wonderful properties

22.01.2022 Zuccoli 4x2 ready for rental Chris our undertook the cleaning of this sleek new leasing property in Zuccoli over the weekend. The owner was such a decent human being, a good egg for sure! We love when our clients show their integrity...we loved how he didnt convince us to cut corners in the cleaning process, instead just wanted it left as close to new as possible- too easy ... A stunning property now renting through Ray White, Stuart Park- in my most favourite suburb in Palmerston Zuccoli (though I could be biased ) Check it out xxx

22.01.2022 I’m afraid we have joined the early gang... It’s almost that time of year that the legend of Santa pays us a visit and we all get to enjoy some much anticipated family time! WE CAN NOT WAIT!! ... We wanted to let you all know that our bookings are almost complete until Christmas! 22.01.2022 Taking the term of Getting trashed to a whole new level this Australia Day at this abandoned property out rurally The place was seriously just that- how and why and what were the brown splatters all over the tiles?? If only photos could capture the true state and smell. Though seriously.. this place is going to be awesome again! We went in with a mission to get this place back for the owner to a condition they deserve! You could see it had had renovations,... freshly painted before these tenants- its so sad that this happens. The walls were yellow from smoke stains as we cleaned- dont smoke indoors.... Everything- and I mean EVERYTHING in the process of cleaning/restoration of this properly was chlorinated, disinfected and deeply cleaned- we cant wait to show you the final results tomorrow! We are still working- like most other Territorians still in work- we are adapting to a change in working hours and procedures.... We are feeling both so incredibly grateful and proud in being able to assist our new commercial contracts, as well as support our existing agents we work with regularly and extending our residential cleans to those who have been faced with working from home for longer periods during this critical time. 19.01.2022 We love Mondays Especially cleaning beautiful propertys like these in Bellamack... its not only our pleasure but reassures is that our NT economy is still ticking along nicely we will all resume to regular trading sooner rather than later ... We have continued to support our local small business, especially within hospitality and catering. As promised.. better late then never.. the results from the abandoned property we started last weekend. We are seriously so proud when achieve like this.. its the reason we do what we do! YES- Chris and I wanted to send a huge virtually loaded box of thanks to all those whom we are still in collaboration with us to effectively still provide a much needed service to those business whom still need to keep turning. This includes our residential customers whom are now working from home and working even longer hours in essential services as well as those still actively working outside of their home and dealing with a shift i...n their roles- so proud to have your back! We are taking full precautionary measures when it comes to the spread of COVID-19 in ensuring a safe collection and sanitisation of keys from 15/04/2020 Expert Cleaning Services NT will continue to sanitise the areas we work on effectively and work on a last touch plan in erasing our germ/footprint as we leave a property- as always! As an extra precautionary method we will now be wearing masks for all bond and commercial cleaning and so forth. 15.01.2022 RURAL CLEANING AT ITS FINENEST We had the pleasure of cleaning out in Berry Springs this week.. where our lovely customer told us not to worry about the red dirt/rust stains in her bathroom that went up high to low... just give it a clean and ignore the stains... We managed to remove the rust, bring her entire shower back to white.. ALL whilst only using manpower and septic safe chemicals... it can be done.. this was a thick crusting rust heavily build up.. we didnt ...do complete before and afters.. but you can spot the difference Im sure! Dont loose hope! Merry Christmas

14.01.2022 Who knows what day it is today? We get all of those who just dont? ?? Though today we knew it was Wednesday, four days off having to say goodnight to our number one boy Aussie (our customers love came pouring in via messages and although we couldnt get through them all- we read and loved and cried at each one) Thank you!... Today we were forced to focus on nothing more than completing a major bond clean by close of business- we made a promise and we kept it. Tonight I feel so proud, if that sounds obnoxious then so be it.. Im proud of us today. Proud that we did the right thing in cleaning this property as we knew how to and not passing it on to another whom may not, when our client requested us. Im proud of not only getting ourselves out of our non energy and depressing state that we were falling into, to reprogram into lets get up mode- we proved today we can. And we did with brilliant results. We all have to keep going.. its not easy.. we know No more tears (well maybe), no more I cant- today has proved we can and its been therapeutic is some strange way. 09.01.2022 Genuine sorrow for this customer So we worked on a Fix up bond clean this week in the Northern Suburbs.. which pretty much was a full bond clean. We genuinely felt so bad.. this tenant has tried but Everything needed going over by direction from the real estate.... Times are hard and we get that.. please for those wanting to keep costs down remember if the cleaners are willing to work along side you from the start.. on the day, this is the best method of keeping costs down (unless experienced).They will be honest about what needs to get done and should work within the ingoing report. Sometimes time and effort does not save money .. It makes for wasted PS. We loved this customers effort. And wished we could have worked alongside her to direct her on the detail and finish

08.01.2022 When You DONT Share Or do, with family just when they need you the most Chris and I have had a crazy couple of months with the peak of our season doubled with the 3 reasons why we do what we do... our girls.. starting their new school year! ... So, hopefully forgiveness will be offered to us in choosing to share their first moments back at school these past few weeks vs sharing cleaning posts! (well not quite), our 3rd and 4th bond clean of the week were complete We are seriously juggling a ridiculous amount of balls in the air right now- like most.. to ensure we can sneak some time with our reasons why X 3 over the school holidays. They are totally worth the push... ... As for tomorrow.. bring it Friday, we can not wait to transform two rural rust infested bathrooms

06.01.2022 Mould season.. sure did hit us hard this year in the NT This week it was time to remove the white mould build up from this home throughout after sitting for weeks unventilated and empty in this humidity. We love a challenge- this one certainly was but so looking forward to the final results as Im sure our lovely customer is too!... We use the correct air purifying filters whist removing mould with natural ingredients. The rest of this house will sparkle when we hand it over tomorrow- we cant wait to share the complete transformation but for now... heres a sneak peek.. we will hand this property over with absolute assurance- it has been 100% been cleaned with the best anti bacterial products, all mould has been treated with air purifiers and existing growth killed off, and well as removing stains left behind. We leave homes to a standard we would expect for our family and nothing less

We felt bittersweet in completing the clean on this super spacious, incredibly thought out family home today in Durack.... The ambience of the property was simply perfect! The cleaning was.. testing due to size! 06.01.2022 We are FULLY committed Chris and I continue to support the NT in combating the spread of COVID-19 in Darwin and surrounds and will continue to provide much needed commercial cleaning to ensure a safe workplace for all as well as tenancy and insurance cleans. We are now using air purifiers upon exit and will continue our last point of touch sanitising procedure.... Our collection and distribution of keys will be our only social contact in which we have a safe and effective procedure of doing so with social distance, gloves, followed by sanitation and then placed in zip lock bags. 05.01.2022 A R B... rock N roll ........ (to the AC/DC tune TNT.. get it right So our 3 girls were just as excited as us in playing a role in the opening of the new ARB store in Pinelands.. they were so excited they made the above jingle up.. and sang it over... and over.... annnnd over again until we finished the clean Every day was.. is ARB ready? Can we come take a look? Then the jingle would break loose in our home... ... For all of you 4x4 lovers this store is the closet to heaven you could reach on earth.. its IMPRESSIVE. We loved being apart of the hustle of excitement that buzzed off everyone in the final days of handover! We had the pleasure of working with the calmest and most humble Jeff- who took charge of the renovation as cool as a cucumber As well as meeting the ARB staff and tradies whom were dedicated and professional to the core.. and lastly Matt the ARB owner- an absolute legend in his rapport to all involved in his huge new endeavour (he gave so much time to our children in offering them to take a look around the building and a cool ARB stuffed toy ) We sincerely love working in environments like this.. 04.01.2022 What a load of crap Seriously.. these Chooks wouldnt chook off today.. whilst we were busy executing the clean of the most roughest porous tiles laid in Darwin with a scrub and a pressure clean, unbeknown to us we had two chooks from next door following us from the front verandah to the back. We had a bond clean to complete within deadline! Guess what they left behind?? We walked back indoors feeling we .. smashed those tiles to find these two in the friggin ...house admiring themselves in the mirror ..they had followed us as we cleaned- water equals worms and they were on to it.. little buggers. Shit EVERYWHERE! That doesnt come off easy(!) ..as for the chooks.. just visiting for the first time apparently, our day of cleaning, the first time they have ever done this from next door..,.. just flapping and crapping away. LOVELY just for us!

04.01.2022 10 sleeps until Christmas ... just casually counting over here.. We are making an extra special effort to post this bond clean completed by us today.. SERIOUSLY the most perfectly situated home in Palmerston.. not just because of ammenities.. but the street vibe of the neighbours.. I felt like I was starring in Neighbours...... There were children playing together out the front, laughing including ours and the adults just as pleased to spend time and have a yarn as the kids ... this segment of Lindt Road gets my vote for best family orientated Rd ever! 01.01.2022 What a load of crap Seriously.. these Chooks wouldn't chook off today.. whilst we were busy executing the clean of the most roughest porous tiles laid in Darwin with a scrub and a pressure clean, unbeknown to us we had two chooks from next door following us from the front verandah to the back. We had a bond clean to complete within deadline! Guess what they left behind?? We walked back indoors feeling we .. smashed those tiles to find these two in the friggin ...house admiring themselves in the mirror ..they had followed us as we cleaned- water equals worms and they were on to it.. little buggers. Shit EVERYWHERE! That doesn't come off easy(!) ..as for the chooks.. just visiting for the first time apparently, our day of cleaning, the first time they have ever done this from next door..,.. just flapping and crapping away. LOVELY just for us!
