17.01.2022 My baby girl is now 4!! She is growing up to be an amazing human. She is caring, kind, head strong, beautiful, smart and creative. She loves to laugh, sing, dance and do yoga, arts and craft, read, complete puzzles, learn Spanish, and pretend to be a vet, doctor, hero, mum, chef etc She is a wonderful big sister to Chloe. We are so proud of her and are loving watching her learn and grow. We’re looking forward to seeing what she decides to do with her life! Much love xx

14.01.2022 Hi Yogi & PT Legends, I have a huge announcement to make! It has not been an easy decision, but my husband and I have decided to move to the Goldcoast in January! We are hoping that the weather will help with Mikayla's health, my mum lives there, we are ready for an exciting new adventure (I suffer from wanderlust constantly), and we are in the process of buying a property management business with my mum and her partner that I can run from home while we focus on growing our f...amily.... so we are super excited about the future, massively nervous about the change, and extremely sad to be closing this chapter of our lives. Unfortunately this means that the studio will be closing at the end of the year. The last class will be Monday 30th December. All classes will run as normal up until this date except we are closed on Christmas and Boxing Day. Explore Discover will still continue however. I am in talks with Christian from Peninsula Insight in regards to working together to run a Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Victoria in 2021. At this point I am thinking a long weekend in Hepburn Springs / Daylesford in spring. If you are interested, please stay on my newsletter mailing list (or join the list through my website) and keep following my facebook and instagram pages (@explorediscoverau) and I will keep you updated! Once life has settled down after the big move, I hope to continue teaching yoga and PT with various studios and gyms in the Goldcoast and eventually I will look into offering mobile and outdoor services, as well as future retreats if the VIC one goes well. If you're ever in the Gold Coast for a holiday, please please get in touch for a catch up as I would love to see you all again! I hope to keep adding blogs and fitness/yoga videos as well so I will keep the newsletter running, but it will no longer be monthly. The last 3 years has been a truly incredible experience and all of you will forever hold a place in my heart. I am so eternally grateful for the support I have received and I am heart broken that I won't get to see you all on a regular basis soon. If you currently have a 10 pass that expires after the 30th December, I will refund any sessions that you don't get to use past that date. If you come multiple times a week and would still like to purchase 10 passes before closure, you are more than welcome too but the expiry on the card will be the 30th December. If you would like to purchase any Doterra Essential Oils before I leave, please get in touch. I can either get some single oils from my account at wholesale price for you, or am happy to set you up with your own account if you want to continue buying oils in future. 12.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day legends!! I hope you all had a special day. We went for a walk in the bush and had a picnic at the beach. 3 more weeks until bubs here so its been a big day for my poor body haha but so precious to have family time with how busy Andrew is at the moment, and to get out and about when we’ve barely left the house in 6 weeks. 10.01.2022 6-7 weeks until we meet our next little girl. Mikayla is super excited! Hope you are all keeping well mentally and physically through these challenging times. On the plus side it’s opened up what we are capable of doing online so I might launch some scheduled weekly online classes nearer the end of the year once we’ve adjusted to the world of having double trouble at home! Missing all of my students and friends. Much love

09.01.2022 This little munchkin Chloe Jade is a month old already! Can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I shut Explore Discovers studio doors in Langwarrin and moved to the Goldcoast. Time has flown! Missing you all like crazy and I hope you’re all surviving the Covid craziness of 2020 so far and staying safe.
