When designing our Wooden Water Ways resource we listened to our customers who asked if we could make a wooden water wheel that they could use with our Wooden Water W...ays sets.The wait is nearly over! . These Wooden Water Wheels are so amazingly versatile! Children get so much joy as they pour water into the funnel or connect it to the Wooden Water Waysand see the wheel delightfully spin around! . Also, the funnel at the top can come off so children can experiment with pouring other loose grains or sand too. . In addition, the Wooden Wheel also comes off and can be placed in a small stream between two sticks and it can just keep spinning and spinning as the water rushes by! . 06.01.2022 I was meant to share this tonight but I just couldn’t wait that long! We wanted to create something we know children would love. The idea came from our little 4 year old when he began taking our Wooden Water Ways resource and floating them in the river they were playing next to. He was so interested in making them float and putting little pebbles on them and sending them down the river. We then felt we needed to design a really simple design floatable boat that was unsinkable... that children could load up with little natural treasures as cargo. We couldn’t go past the hand carved canoe design used in many ancient cultures around the world. So the Ancient Wooden Canoe toy boat was made! Open for pre-orders! Yay! 01.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon we went for a drive up into the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. We were on our lookout for wildlife, taking it slow up a bush track when we saw the most gorgeous tiny red birds eating nectar on a grass tree flower. It really was such a beautiful moment.
