24.01.2022 Does your little one ride a scooter or a bike? Does their helmet fit well? Here are some handy tips from The Nest, Kids CPR & Allergy for finding the safest helmet for bikes and scooters: Make sure that the helmet is made to Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 2063:2008. Look for the Australian Standards label.... Take your child with you when buying a helmet to make sure it’s properly fitted. Do the ‘push test’ to make sure the helmet is a snug fit. If you can push the helmet backwards, forwards or sideways once you’ve done up the clips, it’s too big. Don’t buy a second-hand helmet there’s no way of knowing if the previous owner has damaged it in an accident. 21.01.2022 We have a wonderful, free Kid’s Easter Treasure Hunt taking place this Easter Saturday at Northside Produce Market. It’s a unique treasure hunt to help the children connect to the source of the food they eat and have perhaps yet to try. They will be hopping to various stalls, gathering clues to find the bounty. The hunt begins at our red North Sydney Community Centre Info stall where the kids need to go to collect their treasure map. 8-11.30am

I love my office and its location, I hate to have to go on vacation. I love my furniture, drab and grey, and piles of paper that grow each day! I think my job is really swell, there’s nothing else I love so well. I love to work among my peers, I love their leers, and jeers, and sneers. I love my computer and its software; I hug it often though it won’t care. I love each program and every file. I’d love them more if they worked a while. I’m happy to be here. I am. I am.
