07.01.2022 V5 of the ExplorOz Traveller app is now in Beta so we are getting much closer to a full rollout of this very exciting new app update. We have rebuilt the entire user interface - which we know you're going to love as everything is now much more streamlined and simple. We've also changed some logic based on app user feedback for how you prefer to do things, and we've completely upgraded the entire Track Log system so its super easy and allows viewing any/all your Track Logs on... the map, plus you can share Track Logs with other users. These are very significant changes. The V5 User Manual is still a work in progress but in just a few days it will be ready so get ready folks for this really excellent update (and yes of course it is a free app update). www.exploroz.com/traveller

07.01.2022 Our next major update to the ExplorOz Traveller app (Version 5) is coming online nicely. We are soon to release the BETA version to get testing and feedback from the field. And yes of course, as always our app updates are FREE to existing app owners. And you don't need to reload maps or spend any lengthy time downloading or messing around. The total app size is less than 10MB so if you set your app store settings to Auto-Update you'll even get it updated overnight on your dev...ice automatically on release day and being so small you can even update when you're away using your mobile data plan as it will take less than 1minute to install and update over your existing version. Release date of store version ETA is not final, but certainly no more than a few weeks at most. Our version 5 update includes a major rewrite of the look/feel (UI = user interface). We've had so much feedback from the industry that our maps - EOTopo are the best in the market so we really wanted to ensure that the navigation software that you need to use the maps is the best it can be. So Version 5 of ExplorOz Traveller is an excellent update that we know our users will love and find very easy to adapt to the change as its all about SIMPLICITY.
